Responsibilities:

  • Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology;
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
  • Provide chat support to customers;
  • Communicate with developers and other departments;
  • Become a product expert and constantly grow.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (advanced command of both written and verbal English);
  • Experience in the customer support role in video games industry or related;
  • Analytical & Research Skills;
  • Customer oriented and responsible attitude (customer service in your DNA :)

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Experience in Technical Support;
  • Passion about video games.
