Associate UX Designer

Location

Our Associate UX Designer will be an integral part of our User Experience team.  This role is based remotely in Estonia.

The Opportunity
As Associate UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented team of designers, engineers and product managers on exciting and challenging UX problems. This role is ideal for someone who takes a customer-centric view to design problems and can deliver high-quality UX work in a fast-paced and open environment.

Responsibilities

• Create sketches, wireframes and hi-fidelity prototypes using Figma
• Support the day-to-day activities of the UX team
• Work closely with the Product Managers and Engineering team
• Contribute towards the design system and component library to fit the needs of the product
• Opportunity to work on new and existing features on our platform
• Be involved in user research and usability studies
• Join the design team in weekly design critiques and operations meetings
• Working alongside 3 UX Designers and 1 Graphic Designer

Requirements

• BA or BS in UX Design or relevant professional experience
• 1+ years of experience in the design industry
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI design skills
• Experience using Figma and Figjam
• Ability to adapt to the fast-changing nature of the SaaS market, and can pivot and learn quickly
• Be a self-starter who can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
