Who You Are:
A finger on the pulse. You are a font of knowledge on business, consumers and culture at large.
You are developing your craft skills. The majority of your time is spent assimilating information, making it digestible and useful to everyone around you, from your direct supervisor to the broader team. You compress raw information, pulling out just the right bits and shaping them into a narrative that can bring people up to speed quickly. This increases the collective knowledge, helps prove —or disprove —the working theories, and ultimately makes the work better. Creative and Business look to you as a repository of knowledge, helping them uncover insights, recognize patterns and draw interesting parallels.
You are obsessed with your client’s audience(s) and have a keen understanding of what makes them tick. You learn and understand the client’s business, with a core understanding that our role is to help solve their problems through creativity. You have an ear for logic, for finding the story in a process, and for shaping an argument to sell in the best work.
You have up to four years of experience. You are passionate about creativity with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, exceptional writing skills, great analytical skills and a noticeable presence. You enjoy the thrill and pace of new business, and you want to shape your agency and what it delivers as much as you do your client’s marketing.
