Responsibilities:
- Lead SEM and Display campaign management to do daily execution of high-performing campaign management and execution of hygiene campaigns across multiple channels to achieve customer acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend
- Responsible for managing big scale digital marketing campaigns that have high technical complexity due to very large numbers of ads entities that need to be managed
- Able to detect any technical issues, proactively raise and follow up this issue to be fixed
- Identify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required
- Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed campaigns
- Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered
- Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager in achieving marketing objectives including but not limited to providing guidelines and requirements for campaign strategy pre and post execution, and best-in-class execution
- Proactively provide market insights or performance marketing insights that’s helpful for the stakeholders to gain insights or make decisions
- Capable of leading and managing big projects that can potentially create value for the whole team
- Make sure accrual and all the process of paid invoices in a timely manner
The above will be delivered by:
- Working very closely with Performance Marketing Manager as supervisor to develop paid media strategies for specific local markets which need to be tailored & personalized
- Develop execution to achieve paid media objectives (CAC, CVR, ROAS)
- Manage Traveloka advertising accounts on all platforms, maintain online advertising campaigns, from SEM, display targeting, and display retargeting channels
- Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs, markets & real-time performance
- Stay informed of new betas, tactics, and data trends within the paid search industry
- Ensure all online advertising best practices have been implemented
- Provide bi/weekly performance reports on each digital channels and funnels, and circulate to relevant stakeholders
- Being proactive and giving ideas on performance marketing or any other marketing improvement with the right context, good market knowledge understanding, and business acumen
- Being a business partner to drive growth and able to see opportunities (improving ROAS vs scaling up on customer acquisition vs measuring impact from awareness to overall performance) beyond performance marketing, manage channels not only as touch points for customers and lever for growth.
Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)
- minimum 3-4 years experience in Performance Marketing, especially SEM (Experience in Display will be a plus)
- Possess exceptional critical and structured thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
- Possess a sharp eye for detail coupled with the ability to see how small details make up the bigger picture
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis
- Good communication skill, self-driven, proactive, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool
- English is mandatory
