Associate Creative Director- Remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative direction for advertising and marketing projects, from concept to execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and account managers to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Mentor and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously evolve the creative process
  • Provide strategic and creative input to clients, account managers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Play a key role in the development and management of brand identity, including the creation of brand guidelines and the evolution of the brand over time
  • Ensure that all projects, from advertising campaigns to marketing materials, align with the brand and maintain a consistent look and feel
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in advertising and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in Copywriting
  • Excellent conceptual and design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing
  • Ability to think strategically and provide creative input to clients and internal teams
  • Experience with brand management and the development of brand guidelines

TThe Associate Creative Director is a key leader within the creative team and plays a critical role in driving the success of advertising and marketing projects, as well as the evolution and management of brand identity. This role requires a combination of technical and creative skills, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

The Associate Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and execution for advertising and marketing projects, while also playing a key role in the development and management of brand identity. This position requires a high level of conceptual and design skills, as well as excellent management and leadership abilities.
The Associate Creative Director works closely with clients, account managers, and other creative team members to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards and within budget and timeline constraints.
