About the Role  

Associate Creative Director must demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop big, breakthrough ideas across all mediums.  They must have an in-depth knowledge in copy, art direction and design as well as take responsibility and set standards for the overall quality of the creative product.

What You’ll Do 

  • Develops creative concepts with ACD Art Director/Copywriter
  • Owns the creative work on assigned brands.
  • Manages the creative development process as it relates to projects.
  • Implement strategy and direction and provides art direction/copy expertise.
  • Supervise creative teams as needed.
  • Ensures the quality and implementation of all work.
  • Participates in client presentations and helps develop client relationships.
  • Expertly delivers creative that crosses all platforms.
  • Works with the Creative Resource Team to select and assign resources as necessary.
  • May personally work on creative assignments, within or outside of the group, or on major department explanatories and new business efforts.
  • Adopts management posture in representing the agencies interest in interaction with clients, staff, outside vendors and other contacts.

What You’ll Need  

  • 6-9+ years’ experience in an agency setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent management skills and strong leadership potential
  • Expert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
