We are an ambitious, quickly expanding team looking for an Associate Creative Director (contract with the opportunity for a full-time role) who can help us compete on a global scale. You are a capital “C” Creative storyteller and a brilliant designer and art director who is constantly seeking new experiences, knowledge and growth- because that’s what we are all about at BPI. Overview. Capable of working with a team to concept, develop art, pitch, and sell top-notch integrated campaigns across brand and social impact marketing. You’ll have your hands on the creative while keeping strategy top of mind, and bring them together to create meaningful campaigns that make an impact for our clients.

On a daily basis, you’ll:

  • Develop on brand and on brief creative concepts for pitches and campaigns at all levels, from platforms to banner ads
  • Collaborate with an ACD copy or senior/copywriter to generate ideas and create concepts and visual designs that are on strategy, on brand and achieve client objectives;
  • Act as creative director on designated projects, leading art directors and copywriters and providing strategic direction and insightful feedback to improve the work;
  • Successfully pitch, present and sell creative ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders, including creative leadership and clients
  • Mentor and develop junior team members;
  • This role reports to Creative Director, Design.

You Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive creative design experience in an agency environment producing a range of marketing communications assets
  • A strong working knowledge of digital and print graphic design, content and campaign development
  • Flexibility and great communication skills. You’re a professional with a great eye and strong attention to detail, and you know how to present and pitch your work to internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to provide clear creative direction in a timely fashion that leads to award-winning work
  • Leadership experience; you know what it takes to get a project from inception to delivery and who to push to get it there

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role to include but not limited to a targeted base salary range of $115,000-$130,000, an annual discretionary bonus, and generous benefits. Actual base and bonus compensation will be determined by a wide variety of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and other qualifications.
