Driving technology always feels old. Not by a little bit. Years and years out of date. Is that really just “the way things are”? We don’t think so and we’re here to fix that. We believe vehicles can be 1000x smarter, safer, and more connected to the world around us. We’ve started on this mission by building a mobile-based connected vehicle platform used by millions of drivers in over 150 countries. In 2019, we joined forces with Honda as their first startup acquisition, and now we’re expanding our vision by bringing together software and hardware to build new products that solve real needs for millions of drivers around the world.

About the role
This is a role in Drivemode DX Consulting team with a mission to foster the innovative product development using Agile in Honda. As Associate Agile Coach you will be responsible forassisting to build, drive and implement agile processes inside Honda Software development teams. Being a champion of agile best practices, you will learn to coach, facilitate, and provide mentorship for the transition of software development teams into a Lean Agile mindset, to help Honda become a sustainable innovative software product development organization.
What You Will Do
Assist teams during transitions from traditional SDLC to an Agile approach
Take responsibility and learn about coaching agile teams (at least one) and the supporting environment, so that they steadily mature in terms of technical capabilities and agile practices
Provide support to introduce Agile framework such as Scrum/Kanban.
Plan, hold and Improve upon Agile trainings, workshops including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, System Thinking, Product Management and many more
Define, track and monitor Agile metrics, identify any potential problems, and assist teams to implement solutions.
Ensure consistency across the teams, raise issues, and drive change to remove impediments.

● スクラムやカンバンなどのアジャイルフレームワークの導入をサポート
● スクラム、カンバン、デザイン思考、システム思考、製品管理など、アジャイルトレーニングやワークショップの企画及び実施
● アジャイルメトリクスの定義、追跡、監視を行い、問題を特定し、チームが解決策を実行するのを支援
What We Are Looking For
You love car, motorcycle or both!
At least 5 years hands on experience of software engineering, product management and/or any other digital product related role (regardless of specialty)
At least 2 years hands on well-known Agile framework implementation experience to software product development team(s) such as Scrum, Kanban, XP…etc.
At least 10 hours of performing offline Agile related training as trainer/supporter.
Fluent Japanese (Native level or close to native level)
Conversation Level English in Business environment.
Have at least one of nice to have below

● 2年以上のスクラム、カンバン、XPなど、ソフトウェア製品開発チームへのアジャイルフレームワーク導入の実務経験
● オフラインでのアジャイル関連トレーニングをトレーナー/サポーターとして10時間以上実施した経験
● 流暢な日本語（ネイティブレベルまたはネイティブに近いレベル）
● ビジネスレベルの英語力
