Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile team events.
• Ensure the team is productively working together towards a common goal by creating a trusting environment that encourages open communication towards decision making, conflicts and rules, etc.
• Conflict resolution.
• Identify and help in resolving team and organizational impediments.
• Observe and identify dysfunctions in teams and organizations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in co-facilitating agile events or served as a scrum master or as a developer in a scrum team or equivalent.
• Able to compare the thinking and practice behind Agile and Waterfall.
• Able to describe the critical aspects of any Agile framework or method.
• Exhibits leadership and organizational skills
