Who we are looking for:
- You will guide Scrum Masters and Product Owners, as well as business and technical teams.
- You will coach executives and managers on their leadership and attitude, and coach teams facing tough challenges (e.g. new workflows).
- You will contribute to building an environment where the continuous improvement of the development process and the delivery of outstanding outcomes sits front and centre.
- You will facilitate learning through workshops, training sessions and off-site team activities.
- You will actively identify areas of improvement, conceptualising methods on how to be more efficient as individuals and as a team.
- You may venture beyond software development and coach teams in all areas of a business (HR, marketing, finance, etc.).
- You will have the opportunity to attend conferences and/or contribute as a speaker.
- You will contribute to shaping our company culture, making it an awesome place to work.
You:
- You have proven experience as an Agile coach.
- You are experienced in working with engineering teams.
- You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching.
- You are not afraid to raise issues to overcome obstacles when necessary.
- You’ve mastered at least 1 or 2 Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP or Lean) and ideally a scaling framework (LeSS, Spotify, SAFe, …)
- You’ve had exposure in coaching non-tech teams, or are exploring these areas (beyond budgeting, Agile marketing, Agile HR…)
