The role
As an Affiliate Manager (UK/IE) you will be part of exciting new growth of the affiliate channel within HelloFresh. We are building up a strong team to support this growth, giving you the opportunity to manage a HelloFresh program in a designated country / region. You will project manage affiliate campaigns that will drive our performance and expand our portfolio. To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in the affiliate industry, with a passion for forming professional relationships and an innovative approach to optimising business opportunities.

What you’ll do
- Have full responsibility over the UK/IE market’s affiliate program, managing recruitment, retention, and performance
- Identify key partners to recruit onto our affiliate program
- Work on multiple initiatives for delivering business goals, and ensuring maximum ROI from your affiliate budget. Examples of initiatives include adjustment of discount and payout structure, creative strategy, campaign/investment optimization and more.
- Be the primary contact and support for our strategic affiliate partners in UK/IE
- Harness your data-driven mindset to optimise partner performance/campaigns, troubleshoot challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Represent HelloFresh and strengthen relationships in the market through networking and attendance of conferences, and industry events
- Works across the business with local and global teams (marketing, analytics, product, and brand) to improve HelloFresh marketing efforts.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or other.
- At least 1 year experience in the online marketing industry, ideally in affiliate marketing
- Equipped with a good knowledge of the UK/IE affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies and platforms, and well as reporting dashboards such as Tableau
- Fluent English in written and spoken, other languages will be a plus
- Experience with App affiliate marketing will be a big plus
- A critical thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work independently and prioritize with determination and ambition
- Adept at rapidly understanding business needs and crafting solutions
- A confident communicator and presenter who is keen on using data to support your perspectives.
- Able to articulate challenges and problems and then move swiftly to problem solving
- A culture fit; you are kind, professional, passionate, and hungry to learn.
- A driver of change and someone who breaks down barriers
- Excited by ambitious targets and energised by rising to challenges
- Able to move fast individually, but understand that building good processes can help everyone move faster
- Experience with analytics and reporting is a plus, namely Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL
