Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the United States Space Force (USSF) National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.  The Administrative Assistant will provide executive level support to the Center command staff.  Assistant will function as part of a front office team that includes an Executive Officer.  The Administrative Assistant will answer/screen phone calls and in-person visitors; manage calendars; disposition incoming/outgoing correspondence; maintain SharePoint sites to ensure timely, accurate dissemination of information; and track taskers to completion. Candidates must be technically proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer/screen phone calls and in-person visitors
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, deconflict supported activities
  • Monitor taskers in WSMS, TMT, e-mail and distribute to appropriate action office
  • Maintain various SharePoint sites across multiple networks to ensure timely, accurate dissemination of information
  • Disposition and track incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Monitor and update additional duty rosters, recall rosters, organizational charts, and e-mail distribution lists
  • Assist in the creation of correspondence to include memos, letters, e-mails, briefings, agendas, staff summary sheets and meeting minutes
  • Support records management functions as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiar with SharePoint
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in an administrative assistant role
