Roles & Responsibilities:
• 1-3 years of experience with Admin or office management role
• Monitor BLR office helpdesk tickets and respond accordingly
• Work with local admins and HR to provide on ground support for events ensuring smooth implementation
• Be the main contact for office related queries
• Work with CBRE on workspace allocation
• Ensure mandatory posters are displayed as required
• Work with local admins and HR collecting data for events - how many employees opted in, transport requirements, etc. Yes
• Manage CBRE, pantry boy and associated facility vendors including transport vendor
• Oversee/order stationary, office supplies and first aid supplies
• Maintain calendar for training room arrangements like (Events & All Hands meetings)
• Arrange meeting rooms for VP's office visit - Manage the transport, food in the office and beverages for the VPs 
• Setup and manage invoice process for facility-related vendors and submit invoices to Finance Team
• Maintain SonicWall Asset Management for desks and office furniture
• Conduct meetings with Embassy management on Monthly Basis for the use of resources in the Tech Park (cricket court, basketball court, etc.)
• Office attendance during standard hours will be required
• Act as backup for expense processing and reporting via Concur; answer employee questions and coordinate with the finance team as needed.
