- Supporting documents to Technicians (PPE, SHE briefing record…)
- Petty Cash control and management at branch level
- Managing weekly/monthly Track expenses and Taxi expenses of HCM Branch
- Verifying all Payment Requests, Purchase Requests, Order stationery, recruitment request, etc.
- Overtime, business allowance, annual leave calculation (Monthly)
- Monitoring GPS, maintenance, petrol of vehicle, Cars schedule (Weekly), Drivers management.
- Monitoring, verifying all stock out/in requests, DO. Stock check, asset check monthly and/or periodically for Saigon Warehouse, machines management
- Handling seasonal projects, which is launched internally and effecting to HCMC Branch
- Other related tasks are required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or relevant
- Has 02 year working experience Admin jobs or relevant
- Problem solving and organizational abilities
- Be Able to work independently and hard working in a multi task function
- Work under pressure
- Communication skills
- MS ability
- Good English skills
