What you’ll do:

Generate payment processing files for our delivery partners, along with any ad hoc adjustments in a timely manner
Responsible for the recording of invoices in the accounting system and prepare payment summaries
Support teams in creating and verifying Partner invoices and Tax invoices
Resolve daily Merchant related issues with internal and external stakeholders
Verify Merchant accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Support in monthly closing activities, include but not limited to bank reconciliation and month end managing balances
Proactively engage and collaborate with local & regional teams to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
Liaise with different stakeholders for any issues relating to AP matters. Involved in continuous improvement of the end-to-end accounts payable process
Participate in further improvement and optimization of processes

What you’ll need:

Minimum 1-2 years’ of relevant experience
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
Proficient in Excel
Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/technology environments is a plus
Knowledge in Oracle accounting software is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities
Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving
Positive working attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
