Our Accounts team sits at the intersection of our agency's Business Development and Sales of products and services.
As the "face" of Contáctica across most client touchpoints, you’ll be the key player driving all daily matters, cultivating new opportunities and
ensuring that all initiatives, projects, or campaigns are run on time and meet or exceed results.
Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll be essential in ensuring excellence in service, building solid relationships with our clients, and achieving positive business and financial results.
Responsibilities

- Fully focused on our clients' needs, you will understand our clients' product/service marketing objectives and the industry landscape.
- With a keen eye for trends and opportunities, you will identify and understand consumer needs and requirements to develop
- effective marketing and business solutions for clients.
- Without ego you will painlessly lead negotiations and manage objections for cost approvals, recommendations and scopes of work.
- Organized and meticulous, you will create and manage key documents including presentations, briefs, statements of work, media plans,
- reports and integrated marketing plans and tactics.
- You will be an inspirational force and propeller for a collaborative environment within internal teams (e.g., Planning, Creative, Media, Analytics), promoting innovation and creativity for the best work possible.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years experience in the advertising industry, with an exceptional understanding of the digital, offline, and retail marketing fields
- Solid understanding of how to apply communication strategies across the board - retail, digital, social, and traditional media
- Experience with deliverables such as digital assets, audiovisual productions, print ads, trade marketing assets, social media content, blogs, media plans, media reports, and website production
- Fully bilingual - strong & persuasive presentation, conversational, and written skills
- Experience with consumer packaged goods brands
- Experience with local and global clients
- Experience calling on C-level senior executives
- Good with numbers and spreadsheets
- Great negotiation and objection management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to remain calm and deliver under pressure
