Our Access Department serves as a front door in which an individual first becomes introduced to WellPower. We are a closely knit integrated team with many responsibilities. Our team prides itself on patience, compassion and team building as we work together to create an inviting presence for the people that we serve.
Access Clinicians answer calls from the community seeking first-time appointment and review referrals from outside agencies. Review for appropriateness for services based on location, insurance and clinical need. Complete brief screenings and schedule appointments. Participate on a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive intake and assessment services for adults. The approach of the team is characterized by being strengths-based, flexible, culturally competent, and community responsive.

Mental Health Therapist I: $25.00/hr

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: One year working in mental health/social work, preferably with severe persistent mental illness population.
