Altoros, an established provider of software development services and a Hi-Tech Park resident, is looking for a Growth Hacking Specialist with a strong desire to explore new domains and build opportunities.
Responsibilites:
- Own the process of testing for our experimental products (offers) and help them reach product market fit;
- Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research;
- Identify industry trends and insights.
- Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing;
- Break the mold of traditional marketing thinking and go out of the box with different campaign ideas;
- Get insights;
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization, identify the bottlenecks;
- Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth;
- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results;
- Generating segment, channel, and domain hypotheses, validating them from TOFU to BOFU with the help of necessary internal resources.
Requirements
- At least 5 years working in positions of Business Development Specialist, Account Manager, Project Manager, or other related positions
- Advanced English level
- Analytical skills
- Ability to write engaging and clear cold e-mails to potential customers
- Multidisciplinary knowledge (at the intersection of technical knowledge and marketing)
