🔧 The position
We are looking for the next game changer to join the team as Chief Operating Officer (Digital Marketing) for one of our clients. To consider this role you must be located in Uruguay or travel at least 01 time a month or be willing to relocate. We are looking for a highly-skilled, mission-driven individual with boundless drive and enthusiasm for digital transformation.

You will be working with a company that is a leading mobile ad-tech company that empowers app marketers to acquire and retain high-quality users through our technology that accelerates growth across the entire customer life cycle focusing on lifetime value.
As a Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for planning and managing the strategy related to the operations teams and processes of the products and services owned by the company.
🤖 Responsibilities.
- Design the strategies that align with the short- and long-term objectives of the company
- Guarantee the revenue and profitability goals of the company.
- Lead the operational teams applying EOS model.
- Ensure that the team has adequate resources to deliver the expected results.
- Guarantee continuous improvement of processes and skills
- Cultivate an empowering environment through communication, accountability, emotional intelligence and motivation
🤸♀️ ¿Who are you?
- English and Spanish are a must. Portuguese is a plus.
- At least 15 years of Operations experience working more than 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Solid experience with the digital media industry
- Knowledge of DSPs, SSPS, DMPs, MMPs is desirable but not mandatory.
- Master's or postgraduate degree is a plus
- Availability to travel once a month or relocate to Uruguay.
