Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and analyze key business metrics across different functions within the organization.
- Apply analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems, drive business decisions and identify major gaps and opportunities
- Clearly communicate strategic findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Partner with key members from technical and non-technical teams to build and deliver dashboards & other requirements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Skills Required
- You have a Bachelor's in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or any other quantitative field.
- You have 2+ years of industry experience in the analysis of large sets of data.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and Visualisation tools
- You have a high level of curiosity. You are ready to jump into new business problems, understand the landscape, and derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
- You are highly driven. You have a keen eye for trends and anomalies in data and are proactive in diagnosing the root cause.
- You exhibit a high level of proficiency in SQL. Ability to write complex yet efficient queries.
- You have a strong working knowledge of Excel and VBA.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tool such as quick sight, Tableau/Qlik/Power BI.
