エウレカでは、現在、累計会員数1,500万人を突破した恋活・婚活マッチングサービス「Pairs」、1年以内に結婚したいと考える全ての人に向けた結婚相手紹介サービス「Pairsエンゲージ」を展開しています。これらのブランドの提供・拡大を通じてデーティングや婚活領域などのライフステージ領域でのリーダーシップを高めて、ミッションである“人生に「あってよかった」と思ってもらえるものを。”の実現を目指しています。
また、「Pairs」は収益面でもすでにワールドクラスのプロダクトへと成長していますが、日本国内でもアジアでもまだまだ大きなポテンシャルがあります。直近のフォーカスは更なる成長を続ける日本市場ですが、すでに展開済みの台湾や韓国などアジア市場での更なる拡大もスコープになる可能性があります。
今回のポジションでは、「シニアプロダクトデザインマネージャー」としてより優れたUXを提供するためにチームを牽引し、UIデザイン、モーション、3Dといった様々なアプローチを駆使したインターフェイスの提案を行います。

Pairs (ペアーズ) is looking for a talented senior product design manager to lead the team to provide better UX and propose interfaces using various approaches such as UI design, motion, and 3D.
【業務内容】
- Pairsの事業方針に合わせたチームの方針・戦略を作り、実行します。
- 優れたユーザー体験を届けるために、ステークホルダーと密に連携し、良好なコラボレーションを生み出します。
- Product KPIをチームに伝達し、事業全体のプロジェクトを横断した問題解決や意思決定を行います。
- Brand Guideに沿ったビジュアルランゲージを作成し、チームに浸透させます。
- Create and execute team policies and strategies that align with Pairs' business direction;
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver a superior user experience and create good collaboration;
- Communicate Product KPIs to the team to solve problems and make decisions across projects across the business;
- Create and disseminate visual language to the team that aligns with the Brand Guide.
【募集要項】
- 5年以上のプロダクトデザイン経験
- 3年以上のデザイン組織のマネジメント経験
- メインデザイナーとして上流の設計からピクセルレベルの画面設計まで行った経験
- 複数のUXデザインのためのフレームワークの知識と実施経験
- OOUIを理解したUIデザインスキル
- FigmaもしくはSketchの熟練したツールスキル
- 口頭および文書での優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 問題解決のための障壁を能動的に働きかけ、解決する行動力
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- 書面、プレゼンテーション資料、メッセージ等での英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
- 5+ years of product design experience;
- 3+ years experience managing a design organization;
- Experience working as a main designer from upstream design to pixel level screen design;
- Knowledge and experience of implementing multiple frameworks for UX design;
- UI design skills with the understanding of OOUI;
- Proficient tool skills in Figma or Sketch;
- Ability to proactively engage and resolve barriers to problem solving;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Native level Japanese (both written and spoken);

・基本給＋45時間分みなし残業代＋賞与／経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定いたします
・昇給：上長との定期面談があり、年に1回昇給を決定いたします
・賞与：業績貢献度に応じて年に1回支給いたします
